The MexicoFest Culinary Celebration today featured the delectable cuisine of Los Cabos with a cooking demo and delicious tapas prepared by Vancouver Islander and now Los Cabos resident Chef Tadd Chapman.
This event was held at The Fairmont Pacific Rim where Tequila Expert Jaime Villalobos also conducted a tequila tasting, and local Veronica Rivas (La Ceiba Gourmet) served samples of some of their delicious products imported from Mexico: huitlacoche (corn mushrooms), vanilla and cajeta.
The Culinary Celebration featuring the delectable cuisine of Baja California Sur continues until September 15th in the following restaurants of Vancouver: Arturo's Mexico to Go, Las Margaritas, La Taqueria.
