The event was organized by the PSF
Pacific Salmon Foundation to celebrate the return of approximate 17.5 million pink salmon to the Fraser River in August.
Free samplings of delicious salmon courtesy of Gold Seal-Canfisco were served to the public. The food was prepared by C Restaurant Executive Chef Robert Clark, Vista 18 Restaurant Executive Chef Garrett Schack and Executive Chef Ron Shewchuk.
